Fantastic Four or Foundation and Spidey

What the heck?  Spidey has been really busy lately with Amazing Spiderman, Ultimate, Avengers now and then plus others.  I'm not sure what Marvel is doing with one of my all time favorite comic book heroes?  Not sure if I like him on the FF and I'm not sure if I like the new costumes?
